1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Sevanti Elder Care Services and the services we provide. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided
Sevanti provides elder care services including but not limited to in-home assistance, home nursing, emergency support, and respite care. The specific terms of each service will be agreed upon in a separate service agreement.

3. User Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information about the elder receiving care and to communicate any changes in health or requirements promptly. Sevanti is not liable for issues arising from withheld or incorrect information.

4. Payments and Cancellations
Payment terms will be outlined in the individual service agreement. Clients may cancel services with prior notice as specified in the agreement. Refunds or adjustments will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the best care possible, Sevanti is not liable for unforeseen medical emergencies or situations beyond our control.

6. Changes to Terms
Sevanti reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
