That happens even with multi city agencies like Portea, which also we have tried. But what I like is that Sevanti staff and the owners try their best. They are responsive and do take ownership, which is very important. We have had an attendant who takes good care of my mother and they have worked to ensure continuity. When we are travelling out of Mysore, we let them know and they take care.
